For our Science Lesson this week, the kids and I are discussing Nutrition -- Healthy Eating and Food Groups.
I showed the kids a picture of a "meal" that Jaime made for me a couple of weeks back. I told them that Jaime had given me a balanced meal consisting of bread (energy food), chicken (protein food), lemon (vitamins and minerals) and strawberry juice (water, vitamins and minerals). Jaime was very proud of his "cooking!"
